Questioner: I must say I really enjoy your posts so thank you for that. First let me tell you that I believe that there is life after death and that we create our own reality. I understand that we arrive on earth mostly unaware that we have already chosen what we want to experience in this lifetime. Recently, I have connected to the fact that we come back to experience the "flip side of the coin" of what we have experienced in other lives so that we, as parts of God, can experience what is like to, for example, know what it is to be the terrified slaughtered animal rather then what we had experienced before which was being the butcher. So this makes sense. What doesn't make sense to me is the fact that by believing in karma, it means believing in the old "eye for an eye". We know that this form of thinking got us nowhere. So, perhaps there is no karma but that there is deciding to live through what it feels like when we caused someone else to suffer, or to feel joy. Does this make sense? We are reflections of God and God does not judge so why would we have to pay for our sins or for the things that we did to others. What if they are merely experiences that we continue to seek and not ways to be punished for what we should not have done. This would mean that we arrive with a clean slate - to experience from the flip side of earlier experiences. Does this not make more sense rather than learning through pay back? If this is true, then why is it that we heal when exposed to an event from a previous life? Could it be that when a memory resurfaces, that we finally understand the flip side? What are your thoughts?
Polaris AB: Healing takes place when you release the barriers that hold the energies within. There is nothing outside of Self that is creating judgement or Karma that requires you to perform a role in response whether desirable or undesirable. As a Being of God, it is YOU that decides the events you wish to experience. This is done with the agreed consent with Others in your Soul family. Karma and Dharma are interpretations of the purpose of lives chosen. As a grounded aspect, you would not necessarily choose a life of suffering but your Soul would certainly choose a life of experiences even if that meant a certain level of suffering to reach the goals intended. It is time now to embrace that you are a Sovereign Being and to allow the Grace of God to come shining through in all you say and do, knowing that you are serving a divine purpose not a victims punishment.
Questioner: Yes I agree with everything you say and thank you for your response. I don't see it as punishment but karma implies that balance is needed in order to right a wrong which doesn't resonate. I agree there is nothing outside of self judging so why do most people believe that when you so something wrong that the Universe will balance it out. WE balance it out by choosing the experience right? I experience great residence in my spiritual community when I add that we choose what will experience, not to balance karma but to view the other perspective. If this is true we enter a new form without needing to balance out what we created in a previous life. The slate is clear of past trauma and we start with new chosen experiences. What I am having a hard time with is the fact that a person with a sore neck, without injury in their current life, is healed when it is revealed to them that they were hung in a past life. If we start a new slate, why did we heal from a past wound if past wounds no longer affect us?
Polaris AB: Emotional memories. The Higher Self in the form of the Light Body holds the pattern of vibration of the Souls' experiences. The physical body may be new with each life but the emotional memories remain until recognised and realised. Until such time, the Higher Self will continue attracting scenarios that present opportunities to accept and let go of the patterned memory. The purpose is to achieve a state of perfection, the Christ Consciousness, in which no further emotional memories allow further trigger reactions of the lower emotions. What still annoys, frustrates, questions, angers you are the lowest anchors of your energetic perception. Moving through the frequencies of Dimension occurs when you release from your lowest anchors. The Higher Self is interested in providing as many experiences as required to respond to the energies of thought - what, when, why, if, how. There are residual energies picked up along the way that still reside within the Light Body which a further third dimensional aspect can seek experience as a further life time.
Questioner: If the light body holds the memories so that we can attract what will help us to release, then this implies that we do arrive again with the memories stored. What I am trying to say is that by having these memories, we do not come back only to learn new experiences, we come back to seek what vibrates at our vibration in order to release past life events. This is where I am stuck. I have understood this theory but lately I feel something different. That is that we come back again. We do not store any past memories that need to be revisited (unless we just want to know who we were in past lives and what happened), but that we come back only to learn new ones - not having to learn because of past ones. I read your words and understand them as I have lived with the same notion. Now, I feel something new that say we do not attract scenarios to let go of past patterns but that we do attract scenarios to show us what we need to let go of from childhood thoughts and experiences. New life, new experiences not new experiences because of past lives.
Polaris AB: You held a particular understanding within your belief system which you now feel is incorrect and you are trying to understand a revised model (theory) based on a different perspective. This requires you to move your perception from one set of beliefs to another. Parts of what I have stated are triggering your previous understanding which you have queried because it no longer holds a resonance within you. OK, let us put aside the notion of past lives as a linear transition of one life to the next in a sequencial series of events - that is a third dimensional reality that allows the conscious mind to build upon layers of understanding. It is the focus of perception that decides upon which material or energetic plane we exist within the dimensions. This is not linear, it does not follow a concept of time - again that is a third dimensional construction. To deal with a current life situation and provide an answer that 'makes sense' the ego self may decide to create the traumatic event in an alternative life stream that provides the answer to the question. this might be a future or a past life created in the Now. In discovering the cause of the current issue, this may lead the enquirer down a path of investigation that they may not have done so under their current belief system. This combines both your former and current beliefs. So yes, new life, new experiences as well as patterns of behaviour triggered by emotional memories designed to provide insight and clarity and allow growth of the Soul through experience. The current belief systems of all individuals are being dissolved from within which brings a holistic experience of events to the surface. There is no requirement to learn of past lives to move forward in our own growth. We will create the very experiences in our lives needed to do so NOW instead. That is all that is required at this time.
Question: Makes sense, thank you for your time and effort. Thank you for your wisdom.
